Monarch Exteriors Finishes was founded in 2024 by Dirie Geele with a clear vision: more than just a finish — lasting impact that matters. That vision didn't come from a textbook. It ca me from years of hands-on experience across warehouse work, roofing, window and gutter cleaning, and deck staining — roles that taught Dirie not only the technical side of exterior care but also the value of real teamwork and leadership in practice
Along the way, he met homeowners who opened up about their hopes for their homes: a deck where kids could play safely, a porch where grandparents could visit, a backyard that finally felt like theirs. Those conversations inspired Dirie to stop working for others and start building something of his own — a company rooted in craftsmanship, but driven by the belief that the best work brings people together and leaves a meaningful, lasting mark on their lives.
